Angela Rozmyn

Angela Rozmyn, LEED AP, is the Director of Sustainable Development at Natural and Built Environments. She facilitates the entitlement process with a focus on affordability and sustainability. She has spoken at numerous green building events, including the Northwest Eco-Building Guild Green Building Slam, APAWA, and WTS International. In the last few years, she has pivoted to deep involvement in the regional and state affordable housing conversation, dedicating significant staff time to combating the state affordable housing crisis.

Angela oversees the LEED certification process, and the company has certified ten LEED Platinum communities and won the USGBC LEED Homes Multifamily Project of The Year award. She is the Chair of the Kirkland Planning Commission and Board President of Move Redmond.
