With the increase in adoption of renewable energy, smart technologies, electric vehicles, and distributed energy resources, customers will play a crucial part of this transformative shift in how energy is produced and consumed. PSE envisions its role in this new landscape as an “energy orchestrator”, empowering customer choice and flexibility, enhancing controls and automation, optimizing interactions, and helping customers save money on their energy bills, while reducing our collective carbon footprint.

John Mannetti is our Director of Customer Energy Innovation. In this role, he leads the development and implementation of customer products and programs to support orchestrating and scaling customer sited resources to meet our clean energy goals with and for our customers.
