The City of Bellevue’s Office of Economic Development contracted with OneRedmond to develop a strategy for the City to promote non-traditional pathways for underrepresented groups to gain employment in the technology sector.
Diversity in Interactive Media
In 2017, OneRedmond and Washington Interactive Network conducted a feasibility study to evaluate the feasibility of a worker retraining program to increase diversity in the gaming and interactive media industry in Washington state. For the purpose of this study, diversity was defined as non-white and non-male.
