This annual recognition program recognizes and celebrates businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community organizations that are helping shape Redmond through innovation, investment, leadership, collaboration, community engagement, and exceptional experiences.

Organizations of all sizes are encouraged to apply and share how they are contributing to a stronger, more vibrant Redmond.

Redmond Spotlight 20 celebrates organizations making a meaningful impact across five areas that help shape Redmond’s future. Whether through innovation, community leadership, business growth, or creating exceptional experiences, these areas reflect the many ways organizations strengthen Redmond.

Redmond Spotlight 20 welcomes businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community organizations of all sizes that are helping shape Redmond’s future.

Eligible organizations include:

• Businesses
• Nonprofit Organizations
• Community Organizations

Organizations should:

• Have a meaningful connection to Redmond through their operations, workforce, programs, services, investments, or community leadership.
• Be based in Redmond or maintain an established and significant presence within the city.
• Demonstrate a positive and measurable impact on the Redmond community.
  Be in good standing.

Organizations headquartered outside of Redmond are encouraged to apply if they maintain a significant presence and are making a lasting contribution to the Redmond community.

Redmond Spotlight 20 celebrates the organizations making Redmond a stronger, more vibrant community. Honorees receive community-wide recognition while showcasing the innovation, leadership, and impact that help shape Redmond’s future.

As a Spotlight 20 honoree, your organization will receive:

• Recognition as one of the inaugural Redmond Spotlight 20 organizations
• Feature on the OneRedmond website
• Inclusion in the official Redmond Spotlight 20 announcement
• Recognition through social media and email campaigns
• Digital Spotlight 20 badge for use on websites, email signatures, and social media
• Recognition at OneRedmond’s Annual Meeting with complimentary registration for an organization representative
• Commemorative recognition item
• Opportunities to connect with community leaders, elected officials, sponsors, and fellow Spotlight organizations

Becoming a Redmond Spotlight 20 honoree is simple. Eligible organizations submit an application, which is thoughtfully evaluated based on their impact and contributions to the Redmond community. Twenty organizations are selected and celebrated for helping shape Redmond’s future.
