About Us

As the Chief Executive Officer of OneRedmond, Kristina Hudson is a hands-on leader with over 20 years of experience in economic development. She is committed to growing Redmond’s local economy by working with businesses, educational institutions, local and state government, and surrounding communities to ensure that the region remains a leader in innovation and technology. She spends most of her time out in the community meeting with world-changing local companies. She says, “Because of our talent base, Redmond is a magnet for innovative and globally-significant companies.” Hudson artfully connects these people and companies with the right resources at the right time. Her expertise is making sure Redmond businesses have what they need to grow and to expand. Hudson has received two international awards, and her work is used a model for establishing technology hubs and industry clusters around the world.

Hudson also helms the Washington Interactive Network (WIN), which she founded in 2005. As executive director of WIN, she’s helped make the region a global center for interactive media development and intellectual property creation. Crowned “Queen of Interactive Media” from the Puget Sound Business Journal, Hudson works tirelessly to promote the local industry because she wants to ensure the region holds its place as a global leader of interactive entertainment. Much of Hudson’s personal time is spent wrangling kids and discovering new adventures and activities for her family to enjoy.

As Director of Special Projects, Margo leads our efforts for the OneEastside program and our signature events. With her out-of-the-box thinking and the get-it-done attitude, Margo has been a leader in the region for ensuring that there are opportunities for all in our community.

As OneRedmond’s Director of Business Expansion, Justine Mulholland’s role is to support, grow and help retain Redmond’s local businesses. With over ten years of local, regional and state economic development experience in Richmond, Virginia, Justine enjoys helping companies with all aspects of their business needs. Justine received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from James Madison University and her Master’s in Urban & Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University. In her spare time, she loves learning about and exploring the region with her family.

As our East King County Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Advisor, Shawn Palmer provides no-cost, one-on-one, confidential advising to help entrepreneurs and small business owners start, grow or buy/sell their businesses.

A decorated Navy Veteran accredited small business consultant and professional mentor; Palmer will share his expertise with the East King County business community based on his 21 years of entrepreneurial experience. Palmer also served as a parent volunteer in the Lake Washington School District. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Central Washington University with his BS in Business Administration, and from WGU with his Masters in Management and Leadership. His role will help East King County small businesses solve the challenges of recovery from the pandemic and building resilience going forward.

In case you have not met Audrey Fan, Audrey is a 30-year veteran of the hospitality industry, having started in sales & marketing at hotels such as Paramount Hotel and Grand Hyatt Seattle. She has marketed the convention centers and all Seattle hotels and venues through Visit Seattle as the organization’s Corporate Account Director where she also negotiated a multi-year agreement with a large software company.

For the past ten years, she has created, produced, and managed street festivals, community events, conventions for 20,000 people, exhibits, incentive programs both national and international, choreography and execution of FlashMobs, and a host of other engagements that maximized her diverse creative and logistical skills and experience. In addition, she has managed onsite logistics for high level executives and talent at special events such as Super Bowls and major international sporting events. In 2020, she is focusing on the positive opportunities that appear at any time of disruption, and providing support to an industry she loves.

Audrey holds a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion for Organizational Excellence from Stanford Graduate School of Business, Executive Education.

Sara is the heartbeat of OneRedmond's marketing and social media. She leverages the power of our multiple brands of OneRedmond, OneEastside, Redmond Space District, and Washington Interactive network, AND our shared brand promotion of Innovation Triangle. Sara has proven she can reach the audience we need at the time we need it. Working with our team on all our programs, Sara creates the creative assets we need to have engaging, effective, and eye-catching media.
