OneRedmond’s NEW Hard Hat Happy Hour in-person networking series kicked off at Modera River Trail by Mill Creek Residential Trust on Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Attendees had the opportunity to network with local business and community leaders at the ribbon cutting and grand opening of this contemporary, mixed-use apartment complex; participants also met the project team and toured the new development that includes over 230 apartments, a rooftop deck, and a variety of amenities.

Participants enjoyed complimentary hand-crafted appetizers from Redmond’s Agave Cocina & Cantina and a Tequila Tasting with owner Julian Ramos featuring a sampling of sipping tequilas curated from Agave’s extensive Tequila collection.

The goal for the OneRedmond Hard Hat Happy Hour series is to take our local business community inside Redmond’s most talked-about new real estate development projects, while providing invaluable networking opportunities and insightful discussions with representatives from our development community.
