OneRedmond and Mayor Angela Birney hosted a ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration for Los Chilangos Mexican Food + Catering on Redmond Ridge!

Attendees enjoyed complimentary tacos and joined owners Oscar and Noemi Mendez as they celebrated the opening of their second Redmond restaurant location at the Marketplace on Redmond Ridge.
